Facebook Live Group Classes
Get Ready to Tune In from Home!
We’ve been so lonely without seeing you at our group classes that we’ve decided to keep on having them. And we’d like you to join us – without leaving your living room! Our new online group classes will give you everyone the opportunity to keep up with it even if you’re hunkered down at home.
Just in case you’re wondering about how it will work, here are some answers to a few frequently asked questions about our online classes:
A: Our classes for each day will be broadcast live on Facebook based on the Narberth location schedule. Download a copy of the schedule, and join us on Facebook, or subscribe to our email list for updates on exact times for each day.
Q: How can I view the online classes?
A: To view the class, visit the Arthur Murray Philadelphia Facebook page at any time during the live stream. If you arrive early to our class (due to a shorter commute), you may have to refresh the page to view the video.
Q: Do I need a Facebook account to watch?
A: No way! Anyone can view our live stream by visiting our page via the device and web browser of their choice. You can use the Facebook app, or copy and paste the following into your browser’s address bar:
Facebook may prompt you to create an account, which will allow you to interact with the content. If you would like to watch without a Facebook account, just ignore their nagging!
If you already have a Facebook account, search for Arthur Murray Philadelphia from the Facebook search bar online or in the app.
Q: Which devices will I be able to use?
A: You can watch our class from any computer, phone, or tablet that has access to the internet.
Q: We’ll be able to see you. Will you be able to see me?
A: From our studio, we will not be able to see anyone watching our class. That means you can wear whatever comfortable attire you’d like without fear of judgment!
Q: How much space will I need at home?
A: Since we know that most of you have limited space, we will try, when possible, to keep the steps we teach small enough to fit in most people’s living rooms. We know that your available space will vary, so feel free to modify the steps however necessary to fit in your home. Climb on the couch, jump over that ottoman, but just keep on dancing!
Q: What if I have trouble accessing the class?
A: If you need help during the class, contact the Narberth Studio at (610) 668-8870, the Paoli Studio at (610) 993-9305, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll do our best to walk you through the process and get you tuned in.
Since this is our first venture into virtual classes, we’ll strive to provide more information make our process the best it can be.
Please let us know if you have any thoughts or questions. Be safe, be healthy. We’ll see you soon!
